The transfer season is almost over, but rumors about Kylian Mbappe joining Real Madrid are still buzzing.

Mbappe, currently with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), could stay another season without renewing his contract until 2024. But there's talk of him moving to Real Madrid, especially with PSG possibly reducing his price.

If Real Madrid gets Mbappe, it could greatly benefit the club and La Liga. Mbappe's talent and global fame could draw more viewers and rejuvenate Real Madrid's offense. It might be the key transfer the club needs to dominate European football again.

Christian Karembeu, a former Real Madrid star, supports Mbappe's transfer. Given Karembeu's own time with the club, his views hold weight. Many see the transfer as good for both Mbappe's growth and Real Madrid's international status.

Recently, Karembeu expressed his wish for Mbappe to join Real Madrid. He told Mundo Deportivo, "The final decision is Florentino Pérez's, but I really hope Mbappe comes and wins titles with Real Madrid."

Karembeu, who played for Real Madrid from 1997-2000, knows the club's significance. He complimented the current team under Ancelotti, saying three early season wins boost morale. Despite injuries, Real Madrid has achieved consecutive La Liga victories.

On issues with Jenni Hermoso and Luis Rubiales, Karembeu said, "Spain needs to handle it. We'll wait for more news."

While Real Madrid hasn't announced more main team signings, they're scouting young players. They tried to get Malaga's Izan Merino but need to meet his €3 million release clause after their €250,000 offer was rejected.
